This website, www.dotandpeg.com, trading as Dot & Peg ("we", "us", "our"), of Sunside Studio, Chaloners Road, Braunton, Devon, EX33 2ES.   • Meeting bookings: if you book an introductory call, you are directed to a Google Calendar booking page. Information you provide there (such as your name, email address, and chosen time slot) is collected and processed directly by Google, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.

  • Analytics data: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site (for example, via search engine or social media).

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data we collect to:

  • respond to enquiries you send through the contact form;

  • arrange and manage introductory calls and meetings you book;

  • understand how our website is used, so we can improve its content and performance;

  • Squarespace, Inc. — our website hosting and form provider.

  • Google LLC — for website analytics (Google Analytics) and meeting bookings (Google Calendar).

Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK-approved data transfer mechanisms, as provided by Google and Squarespace.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and correspondence data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where a working relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • request erasure of your data, in certain circumstances;

  • object to, or request restriction of, our processing of your data;

  • request a copy of your data in a portable format;

  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
