Every website has to meet legal requirements in areas such as data privacy, cookies, security, accessibility, ecommerce, copyright, content licensing and more. But never fear – I work with (and receive a discount from) a trusted team of legal experts who can supply the specific language that your business needs.

Yes — using Squarespace means that once your site is complete, you'll be left with the tools and knowledge to update your own content going forward.

You will need to provide me with your brand assets including a logo and colour palette and any photography you may have.

Once the site is live I offer four weeks of post-launch support for any questions you have. In the future if you need a few design tweaks you can book me for a Design Day.

Yes – 50% deposit of the total project amount upfront, then the remaining 50% of the total project amount on completion.

Once you've made final payment, the artwork and files are yours. We just keep the right to feature the work in our own portfolio, website, and relevant industry publications or awards, always crediting ourselves as the designer, purely to showcase what we made.
