The logo
The wordmark uses Ivy Journal font which is a sophisticated serif typeface designed to evoke a sense of elegance and timelessness. Inspired by traditional calligraphy and classical typography, it combines a vintage aesthetic with modern refinements. The font is customised to add the fluid lines within the B, R, A referencing flowing fabrics of wedding dresses. The letter B is used a classic memorable mark that can be used as an iconic symbol on its own and the logo also has a version that is used as a stamp to enhance brand recognition.
The supporting font for ‘The’ and ‘Bride’ is a clean, elegant, modern typeface, which offsets the serif of ‘brilliant’. An additional handwriting font is used to pull out key points and gives a human touch.
Pattern
The striped pattern is fun but also gives a classic feel and used as a fun embellishment on the website and other marketing materials.
Photography
The photography is a mix of black and white and colour and in some instances made into photostrips.
